I just realised something. I have not blogged about the HONG KONG TRIP. Like %$#@!, how did that happen?! (okay, lame.)
Probably because I was too busy falling sick again after coming back to Singapore.

But I’m really too lazy to get the photos into the computer now so I shall just blog about what happened today.
Went for band today. Was supposed to go together with HUI SI, but she was late (as usual), so I decided to wait for her in school. Kept running out of the band room. First time was to buy water, second time was to pass wei kee the chem notes, third was to rescue hui si as she couldnt get pass

LOL!!

LMAO. There’s a no kissing zone in england’s train station because apparently, they are causing human traffic congestions! HAHA.
Of course, with a no kissing zone, comes a.. kissing zone!

Okay, back to topic, hui si couldnt get pass the security guard because she was wearing slippers. -_-
Then after band, we just walked around and talked.

Holly. I think I’m falling sick again and it’s not even 1 week after completing my antibiotic course. Shit.

Although I am not going USA anymore.. -_-
Cause dad’s worried about not clinching other ‘deals’ because of the recession.

BUT I’M GOING YUNNAN!
So we went to suntec for the chan brother’s tour promotion thingie and waited form 4:47PM to 10:12PM for our turn to speak to the agent person because there were over 400 people infront of us waiting for their turn (so much for the recession). Anyway, the real promotion was for the eaaaarrrrly birds who went to queued up early in the morning. So we didn’t get it at a promotion price or whatsoever. However, it’s a lot cheaper as compared to the USA trip we were planning for.

My dad actually wanted to go to the 女儿国 but because it’s a 7 hour road trip and the road’s pretty much rocky, I asked my dad not to take that package because I probably would end up vomitting a lot and not to mention wasting 14 hours of our precious 9 DAYS, equivilant to 216 hours.

21 more days.

stupid internet connection. made me stay up.

okay lah. I was the one who chose to stay up.

I want to dye my hair black.

Dang. I am starting to feel bored already and it’s not even 24 hours after i’ve officially completed my last day of work! Would it have been better if I didn’t resign?

No.

Most of the customers there are really ridiculous.
*note: there are still customers who are really nice and treat you like their friend.

Ridiculous in a sense that despite going to shop there nearly every single day, they don’t know that they have to LINE UP. And when you tell them they need to line up, they will give you a dirty look.
I’m not trying to criticize all the elderly out there, just to the minority of them who really 倚老卖老. Yes, in terms of seniority, I should respect them and ought to, but the way they act just dampens my enthusiasm for this job and kills any thoughts of being extra nice to them because the evidence of hardships and journeys of their life is already showing on their faces and hands.

But the reason why I am thinking that I shouldn’t have left is because of the aunties there. They’re all so sweet. Knowing that yesterday, 14th of Feb is my last day of work, they all bought chocolates and sweets for me. Aunty Yoke Lan who was on leave came down to see me and buy chocolates.
I never knew I could be so emotionally attached to them.

Overall, working for the past 2 months has taught me a few things.
